The food truck is located in the N. Charlotte Lowe's parking lot. 1100 Chancellor Park Dr 28213. The food is authentic and off the charts with a subtle intertwining of awesome deliciousness. You can not go wrong with anything that you order. Every single order is prepared fresh, right in front of you. The house sauces are all scratchmade, and Chef Rey is phenomenal behind that grill and a fantastic person as well. Both outgoing and gregarious. My personal favorite is the Cubano tortas. And it's served with some very nicely done French fries. So, if you're in the area, or even if you're not, take a drive, and give your taste buds a treat. Cubano sandwich is amazing. Flavors are harmonious. Has a little kick to it which I love! I paired it with soursop juice to tone down that subtle kick. You have to try it for yourself. And the chef has such a pleasant spirit.

Stopped at the food truck in the University City Lowe's parking lot. Food was delicious! The Cuban sandwich was not what I was expecting, but I chose it with chicken and it was beyond delicious. Came with fries. The guava and cheese empanadas were the best! I highly recommend!

They had the best tacos I’ve ever had!! Will definitely be buying from them again.
