Sabor a pueblo Restaurant & Bakery

Visually appealing. Bakery demonstrated freshly, beautiful items displayed. However both the restaurant and baked goods were nothing special. It lacked flavory and more spices. Very clean and welcoming environment. We had 3 small tacos de cesina and agua de jamaica which was watered down and flautas with cup of champurrado which was also watered down and lacked chocolate and creamy texture, one bolillo bread and were charged $40. Considering the lack of overall flavors I feel it was just overated food.

The service is ok, but I order thru phone they told me 10 min and I got their i waited another 20 minutes for my food. And I did not get enough beans.

Sabor El Pueblo Bakery is truly a gem in Milwaukee. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by the warm smell of fresh, homemade-tasting bread that takes me right back to my childhood.
