We had an amazing time at the Colombian Embassy event on November 6th, and we were thrilled with the catering! Their food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. As a Colombian private Citizen, I was very glad to see them in the Colombian Embassy sharing their products during yesterday, Thursday November 6th 2025. But I was extremely disappointed by the lack of respect and decorum towards Colombian culinary and Culture, especially when they are inside the Colombian Embassy. The lady that came made xenophobic comments disrispecting Colombian Culinary by saying the following inappropriate statement: "All Colombians are always copying Venezuelan food". That was very disrespectful and insulting towards the members and guests as well as the staff of the Colombian Embassy and the Colombian Community.
