Every time we visit this restaurant we thoroughly enjoy the experience. Amazing, scratch-based ingredients, great staff and fantastic owners. The kitchen puts out consistent excellence. One of the best restaurants in the area. A true hidden gem. 💎

Not impressed... Service: 2/10 Made a reservation for 6pm for 6, 3 kids and 3 adults. Arrived on time and was seated right away, the restaurant was half full. They had a bartender, 2 servers, and I'm assuming the manager, working the floor. Our server was on the struggle bus... Took forever to take our drink order, which was only 2 drinks, a mixed drink and a bottled coors, 35 minutes after being seated. Took nearly 45 minutes before rolls were brought to us, an hour before we received our food. Our server was practically non-existent. The manager however was nice, she brought our kids crayons and multiple coloring pages. Dinner at the Holiday Inn Toledo/Maumee I 80/90 on-site restaurant, Sebas Bistro was very good. Several healthy options for someone like myself trying really hard to make healthier food choices when on the road traveling. The service was phenomenal!

This restaurant is inside the Holiday Inn. The Burger Guy reviewed them and gave a stellar rating on Tik Tok. We went on a Friday evening, and there was no wait. Our server was extremely amazing. (I think her name was Anita). Many people checked on us throughout the meal and that was really nice. The ambiance really is beautiful with a spacious dining area. I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was perfect. For dinner I had the shrimp linguine and it was good. I was sad to see that they use garlic from a jar though. My Love had a pasta and meatballs dish which was also good but not "knock your socks off." The meals came with a salad and a veggie mix that were both pretty tasty, though they don't have poppy seed dressing. If we were to return, I would probably choose a burger.

Thank God I looked at the reviews otherwise I would have never known that this restaurant was in the hotel. While waiting for the rest of our party which was a little time The staff never really stopped to see if we wanted an appetizer or anything so we had to flag them down for that. The spinach and artichoke dip was really good after we sent it back to get heated up. The entrees were really good the steak was cooked great the chicken was crispy but moist on the inside and the sauce with the chicken was great overall the food was a positive experience. My main complaints were the wait times we had to wait a long time for our food we had to wait a long time to get our bill cashed out we had the wait for refills on their drinks.
