Omg the brisket burrito from the food truck is my go to everytime I am on this side of town (Frontage and Candelaria). Brisket is always on point and even got a sample right outta the smoker. You gotta stop when you are close by and you will not be disappointed. Massive burrito for the price !! I've also tried the other BBQ meats and wow they are SOOOOOO tasty. Love this place !!

I ordered a turkey and ham. It was slap yo mama good!!! Not too much smoke, perfect balance. I am sad to report that the corn bread they gave with it, did NOT make it to today. The family of freeloaders devoured it last night. My only ask is maybe they would smoke prime rib for Christmas? Just a thought. Happy Thanksgiving!

Delicious!!! Ordered a brisket and coleslaw sandwich that was smoky and scrumptious. The turkey leg was incredibly good and genuinely the best one I have ever tasted. I am genuinely impressed by the food and appreciate the kindness of the folks who run this business. Highly recommend!

We had our company party catered by SA Barbecue, and everything was absolutely delicious! The ham and turkey were cooked perfectly, and the cornbread with whipped butter was incredibly good. We will definitely be ordering our holiday meals from them again, as well as catering our future company meetings. Thank you, SA Barbecue, for the amazing food and service!
