The service is one of the things that I love the most about this location! Team members are always very helpful and have a lot of recommendations based on my preferences. The quality is top notch every time and delicious meals! Also super glad that they offer a wide variety of high protein meals specifically.

I had a terrible experience with manager of this establishment. The manager had an attitude for remaking my açaí bowl . And when she gave it back after remaking it , she slammed it down. I asked politely and wanted it done the usual way. She stated the way I liked it after I showed the picture was incorrect. Which is ironic bc the picture was from this establishment. I felt very disrespected and highly upset bc my family was there and seen how they treat ppl in the navy. As you can see I’m a valuable customer if I came to this business multiple times. The highlight of my day is stopping by Beacon for a peanut butter açaí bowl and a smoothie. The baristas here make the experience even better—Shayla and Sheena always greet customers with a warm smile and keep orders moving quickly, no matter how busy it gets. Aldin is super chill and consistently makes smoothies with the perfect consistency. Even when the shop is packed, their service never drops. The team here truly makes Beacon stand out, both for the great food and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I've gone to this Ryan Bros location many times due to the proximity of my workplace and the service has always been exceptional. Today I got my usual order and the service was friendly and very quick. It is Shayla and Sheena especially who always provide exceptional customer service, and were so helpful today! They know my order better than I do! (The cheese danishes are delicious btw)

I've spent way too much money here in the evening after work and on weekends when I need a pick me up. My only complaint is I wish they had larger drink sizes. I usually am done with my 20 Oz by the time I leave dry side.
