My parents had such a good stay here. It is clean, quiet, perfect location (close to my apartment and close to trains/restaurants/Botanic garden, etc). Christine is easy to communicate with and truly this is a gem if you can manage to snag it.

The location is a bit further from Manhattan than we realized, about 45 minutes to get us where we wanted to go. But the subway was easy to access and we felt safe, even while taking the subway late at night. Staying here was much better than the chaos in Manhattan in my opinion. There is also a nice grocery store right next to the subway station. we would grab an egg, bacon and cheese bagel, walk across the street to Prospect Park and eat our breakfast before heading out for the day. They also make a variety of sandwiches, that look great and all reasonable prices. As a host, Christine was always quick to respond to questions and was proactive, making sure our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. Her place is very spacious and clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years. The location is PERFECT for easy access to the Prospect Park Subway station (q line) and within walking distance to a number of great sites/attractions in Brooklyn including the Botanical Garden. The apt is clean and just the right size for us. Christine is easy to work with and has been accomdating to our requests for an early or late check in based on our flight schedules.

SUPER clean and just what we needed! Very cozy and secure! It is accessed by a private door and we had our own bathroom. The room was big and private. I’m surprised how great of a deal we got and you have the train station about 3 blocks away or 8 minute walk. Deli shops, Italian restaurants and bakeries are near so you won’t go hungry around the area. WOULD DEFINITELY stay again.

Lovely street, nice and private space. Hostess was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again
