Okay, where do I begin? We had reservations for lunch on Valentine’s Day and when we were seated initially, we were placed at a table right beside the entrance, not cool. The table was so wobbly that we were afraid our waters would topple over onto us and we certainly couldn’t lean on the table in the slightest.. Bread and butter (delicious) and Caesar salads came out. The salad was yellow and wilted, not fresh tasting, not good…after that a manager seemed to notice we were uncomfortable and approached us. We were then seated at a table where we could touch the people next to us if we extended our elbows far enough.…our veal ravioli came an it was okay, but I decided to ask if it was made in-house (which I could tell it was not).. the server assured me they were homemade and so I reiterate

The ambiance was exactly what you'd hope for in a well known and highly regarded steak house in Savannah. A touch of elegance with a welcoming feel. The staff was joyful and served us with gratitude on Thanksgiving night. The plates were very well served, and that pumpkin cheesecake was to die for!!! We definitely want to go back for steaks as that is what they are known for.

We have eaten here several times at the bar. Always a Fun time. We celebrated my birthday here this year at the restaurant. It was an Awesome Food Experience. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server, Mary Alexis did a Fantastic job keeping us happy and not needing anything. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited this Ruth’s Chris location last night and chose to sit in the lounge area. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were an alarming number of FRUIT FLIES flying around, to the point where the server provided napkins for us to cover our wine glasses. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. The sheer amount of fruit flies gave the impression of a lack of cleanliness, which is not something I would ever expect at a fine dining restaurant. I’ve never experienced this even at more casual or lower-priced restaurants. Very unacceptable. The food was also underwhelming. I ordered the crab cakes, which were extremely wet inside and seemed undercooked. I managed to eat one on-site but ended up taking the rest home to try reheating in the air fryer in hopes of i
