Ruth's Chris Steak House

We went for our 2 year anniversary and they were so kind. Laurie was our server and she was amazing!! Her serving skills were immaculate and she was so lively and sweet. She was incredibly attentive, just enough to give us space but also make sure our glasses were never empty and we never had to wait for anything, other than the food to cook. She also had amazing recommendations. Also have to mention the steaks, which were melt in your mouth perfect.

Had a great time! This was my first experience at this newer location and it really was top notch. DJ TyWalker helped cultivate the atmosphere, spinning tunes for a great Sunday brunch vibe (I believe he DJs there every Sunday 12-3 currently). The songs he picked out were the perfect balance of fun but laid back. Our server Neal took great care of us and everyone got what they needed. I enjoyed the hibiscus margarita to drink and the Prime Smash Burger was fantastic. I love a burger with egg and I thought they really nailed this one. I thought it was cooked very well and the flavor was great. You won't be disappointed!

Our reservation was for our wedding anniversary celebration . The staff did a great job of preparing our table (even had rose petals). We were seated in open seating across from the upstairs' bar area so it was kinda of loud, and the table next to us had a small child so the atmosphere wasn’t the most romantic and hard to have a conversation. However, we did have a great sunset view. Even with the seating arrangements, we had a fantastic time, the waiter (Alex) did a wonderful job. He was very attentive and nice. The crab cake appetizer was delicious, the steaks and sides were cooked to perfection!.

The outdoor patio is perfect to just sit out and relax.it has heaters and fans. Glass half wall adds to elegance. Comfortable seating at tables. Food is always perfection! Jordan, our waiter, was fabulous! He was very attentive and genuinely happy to be there. His customer service was excellent! We had a great evening! This location offers half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays and happy hour specials during the week.

We loved the exceptional atmosphere. The food was great as always at Ruth Chris and my martini was so good I had to have another one. We are telling all our friends in Fort Smith how great it was. We will get a group together and be back. Our waitress was so friendly and the service was great!
