Ruth Vine Tyler Library

I enjoyed being there for a meeting, but noticed there was no soap in the bathroom soap dispensers. This has happened several times. To prevent diseases and illnesses they need to make sure they are filled and in good working order at all times.

The library is a nice neighborhood library. My issue is that there were 15 plus homeless/vagrants outside the back entrance door to the library, shooting up drugs. At least three individuals were selling drugs to these vagrants. There was a male in a white SUV selling merchandise, like shoes, cigarettes & clothes to the vagrants out of the back of his vehicle. Vagrants were trying on their new acquisitions on in the library bathrooms. Wish the library staff, along with Midvale police, would do something about this situation. Not a safe environment for kids, or anyone for that matter.

This was a cozy little library to visit. I guess times have changed over the years because it was not quiet at all. Kids were yelling and playing Roblox while other groups were having their own conversations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be a great place to have a study group, just not a cozy, quiet spot to read.

This is a great place to come and study. The library has a good selection of books, and computers. They also provide free WiFi if you have your own device. If you have to do work, or school work this is a great place for you.

Wonderful cozy public library with plenty of parking and friendly staff. They have a large study/meeting room in the back with a screen, whiteboard, and decent furniture. This place is a vital asset to the community. Keep up the good work!
