Rusted Cactus by Xetava

Just tried Rusted Cactus for the first time and it was SO good! We made reservations a few days prior and when we got there we were seated right away. Our waitress, Morgan, was amazing, super friendly, attentive and made the experience even better. The food was phenomenal. The street corn quesadillas are a must, the burrata was incredible, and the fries were so good. For entrées we had the salmon, filet, and parmesan chicken, and every single one was delicious. If you’re looking for a new date night spot, we couldn’t recommend Rusted Cactus enough. Such a hidden gem, we’ll definitely be back!

If you don't go to the Rusted Cactus, you're missing out on some great food, friendly service & great atmosphere. We dined New Years Eve and we're lucky to get a table. The Korean Cauliflower was no doubt, the best. Not sure what they did to make it so tasty but I will make it my life's work to find out. The salmon was delicious and the chicken parmigiana was very tasty. The only criticism was it was a little too thin but it was still very good. Portions were very appropriate and worth the money. Prices are good.

The most spectacular night vibes of any bar in Southern Utah. Very classy and relaxed. The views are stunning. The food is always phenomenal, I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy. The service is always very friendly and quick. Drinks here are also exciting and fresh. It's fun to see people go outside the box and hit a home run on flavor and service. You won't regret coming here. Make sure you try the sushi nachos!
