I absolutely love the bread and chocolate cake from here! I came in on a Sunday afternoon knowing it would be packed and a little overwhelming, but the staff was amazing and so patient. I was helped by a young woman with curly hair who was extremely kind and took the time to answer my questions and make great recommendations. Even with a long line behind me she never made me feel rushed. I’ll be coming back for sure!!!! :)

What a fabulous bakery. It brought back great memories of my childhood in old San Francisco’s North Beach District. The cookies were fabulous. And what a selection! Young lady who was working there was so friendly and helpful.

This is the Bakery you go to get the best Italian bread and Big Twist with sesame seeds. They have a great selection of cookies and pastries. They have great cheese cakes and cakes to order. They have coffee ☕️ or cappuccino to stay or to go. Highly recommended.

The person who served me today after 1 PM was by far the most unfriendly and unpleasant staff member I have ever encountered. Their attitude was rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I genuinely hope this is not the standard of service at this place.
