Ruskin Seafood Shack

It's a food truck with outside table seating. The food is GREAT and fresh from the separate fresh seafood store. Great people working there also. Very friendly.

Good service , great food.. i order the devil crab for starter it was delicious, and the lobster roll with bacon amazing! Price was very generous and we got a-lot of food. Definitely coming back to other items on the menu..

The wife and I have been here an even half dozen times. I bragged about this place to my neighbors the first 4 times as some of the best fried shrimp and grouper sando in the area. The last 2 visits have been below disappointing. The new goober running the counter cannot speak, cannot hear and is rude. The food is now over cooked and greasy. Such a great start and then mediocrity.

For $18, I was expecting the best fish sandwich of my life. What is got was below mediocre. Almost zero grouper on the sandwich. The piece of "fish" was much bigger than the bun, but was 1/8 to 1/4 inches thick. You can barely see any fish. The tiny amount of "grouper " that there was was very mushy/ muddy in texture. Nothing firm or flakey about it. Bummed and ripped off. Would honestly enjoyed a fillet-o-fish more, the fillet would have been way thicker.

Delicious seafood. My only problem was that I filled up too fast to finish everything. Great value for the price. Comfy outdoor seating since it was quiet and wonderful weather. Worth coming back!
