Rush In Dumplings

I tried the loaded dumplings with both beef and chicken, and they were really good. I’m not a dumpling connoisseur, but combining loaded baked potato flavors—green onions, bacon, cheddar, and sour cream—with pierogi-like dumplings just makes perfect sense. It was so good I wished I had ordered the large! We also shared an apple turnover, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken soup with dumplings—also amazing. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. I highly recommend this place and honestly wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

What a great spot. Walking in, you know you're getting something fun. Staff were immediately attentive and clearly pro 👩‍🍳 The dumplings are great, I've had a few kinds. Sauces and the butter/vinegar they cover them with is just magnificent. I have never eaten anything quite like the combinations of flavors in the meat dumplings, the smooth butter with the bracing vinegar in it, the paprika heavy seasoning to the chewy dumplings. Yet it tasted like home. I love the decor the space and the seating area upstairs is somehow simultaneously downhome minimalist and also high concept.

Very charming setting, and all the food was amazing. The sauces were great with a generous serving for the portion size. The honey cake was especially good!

This place is always delicious! Dumplings are amazing and very consistent. We go out of our way to eat here, like really far out of the way--hundreds of miles, and it's always worth it! The horseradish sour cream is amazing! The shredded cheese is kind of flavorless, but all in all, this place is great.

We love this place! We've been here a few times and everything we get has always been good. The location is a little hole in the wall in downtown. The staff is always willing to give suggestions. You order the main dish and choose what dumplings go in it. We got the classic dumplings (potato cheese and pork and beef), loaded dumplings (potato cheese), beef soup (beef and pork), chicken soup (pork and beef), and honey cake. It's all so good! Definitely worth trying.
