Runza Restaurant

We have been going to Runza since I was a kid. The crinkle fries are the absolute best. As a kid I did not like the Runza, but as an adult I love them! I have taught my daughter how to make the cheat versions with creasant roll dough and meat. They are a staple in our house. We moved 5 hours away from Nebraska so we don’t get to visit very often. This weekend we were in Pender and stopped at the West Point location on the way to visit family in Omaha. It was a big chaotic to begin with, as the gentleman ringing us up informed us the Runzas were in the oven. What? No Runzas at Runzas? The manager was so kind, when I brought to her attention that we were over charged she remedied it and even brought us a fresh Runza from the oven! Thank you Sam for making our trip complete!

I came twice over my holiday break. I get runza 5 times a year if that now. The first day I asked for the chicken strip meal fresh, I got my meal "fresh" 30 seconds later. Mind you I was once a supervisor for the company, I know how fresh comes. The chicken was sitting in the warmer for probably 45 minutes to an hour. So I tell the kid how I asked for fresh, to which he said that is fresh. It was in the warmer. Then they bring me the fresh meal, but the fries are just reheated. The next day I go in for a double bacon cheeseburger meal. Fresh. The burger is burnt so I mention if I could get another. I again, got another burnt double burger. At least when they remade the fries they were fresh... where'd the quality go.. service should be better. Honestly a huge let down from when I was last

As a trucker from Texas, I stop here whenever I make my way to Nebraska. Pretty good little spot and nice employees.

First time eating at a Runza.. The service was excellent. Didn't take to long to get food. The food was delicious. Will be back again when in the area...

We come here weekly with our family. The staff are always so patient with our kids while they order, food is hot and gets to us quickly and everyone is so kind! Our orders are always correct too which is amazing because there’s a lot of us! It’s clean and everything is stocked. Great place to eat!!
