100% regret going before closing time. Why bother staying open til 10 if what you serve at 9:45pm is not edible!?!?! I go to runza once a month usually in the afternoon and had always gotten consistently good food. But on 2/25 at 9:45pm I got a pup cup so full of ice cream I had ice cream all over my hand and console,did the worker offer napkins to clean it up? Nope! Starry drink I had to immediately toss before even going inside my apt cause it was all carbonation like the thing hadn't been changed after being empty. The fries were cold and hard as rocks and way over salted like the fries had been sitting out for hours and in a last ditch effort the worker dumped salt over it. Was excited for the return of the Italian Runza, but the excitement quickly faded, all the ingredients advertised did not seem to be in there, it was basically a manwhich sloppy Joe

The food came quick on a Temp Tuesday, so that tells you they're on their game.

Awesome food. There place was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and fast. They were cleaning the entire time of our visit. The hours of operation are very convenient as well. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. High chairs are also clearly available. Definitely recommended

Excellent customer service and food. Recent remodel adds a comfortable and homey feeling. Had a delicious swiss bbq bacon burger. My favorite and it did not disappoint. The staff is extremely nice and the GM greeted us personally. Spacious, clean and comfortable.
