Runza Restaurant

I’ve been here hundreds of times and never had any problems till now my Gatorade punch was flat as can be and my fries and my onion rings were burnt and we had to wait forever and there was nobody in line.

We had the Philly cheese style Runza, fries and chilli. Everything was hot and delicious

It really is a to good Runza location. If I had one complaint, it would be that the front counter area can get congested and is tricky then to navigate so to place your order. Seemed like a not-so-great design. Other than that, this is a great store. Runzas are fantastic!

Experience was very poor. Ordered our food through drive through. Workers were on their phones. Asked for extra ice, ended up just a few pieces in each soda. Asked for extra ice. They just looked at me like what are they supposed to do about that. Soda tasted way off, food had a after taste which wasn't pleasant. We asked for ranch cups they threw them into a bag and were not sealed so ranch leaked all over and my interior of my truck cause they soaked through the bag. Employees need to go through food safety touched and dug in trash and didn't was his hands. I asked for my receipt Charlie E. Looked at computer told me just a second turned in circles a couple times pulled my receipt out of trash and went back to computer and handed it to me. I asked him if he just pulled this out of trash

We drove in for ice cream for the kids. The young man in the drive in was way over the top nice. He even talked about his dog. Just don't find good help like this any more.
