Fantastic little local fast food chain. Given the quality of food I got at a different location later in my trip, it seems this one in particular is very well run. Super tasty, fresh, and served with a smile :) Will make sure to stop in again if I ever find myself in that area of the country!
The people working the closing shift are amazing food was hot and fresh came out in excellent time and very nice highly recommend
Samantha did not disappoint, she has a very pleasant personality, that shined through the speaker & in person. I hope she knows her worth because she is a valuable asset to Runza & this location.
I ordered through door dash and no driver picked up. I changed to pick up. Then, I called Runza to confirm I could pick up through window. They said, yes! Come on through!” I arrive and tell the person at window that I’m there for my DoorDash order. She then told me I MUST go inside to pick up. Keep in mind, the inconvenience is stacking at this point. I have NO BRA on. I confirmed I could pick up through window. Order was cancelled and I lost $70 and received not one bite. I will literally NEVER return.
I'm from Indiana and ended up going to this Runza twice while traveling out West. Staff is amazing and the food is amazing.
