Runza Restaurant

Wow on the cleanliness. Even the men's bathroom was sparkling clean and a nice mat at the hand drying area. Definitely felt like home. A family favorite regardless of location. The young ladies were not standard courtesy but felt genuine attention to my comfort, Bravo.

I come through runza often, it being the only decenter place here in cc and there seems to be a group of girls that are so childish. I came through previously and they “couldn’t do split payments” so I asked for a manager that was extremely nice and the girl was still so rude. Weeks later I come through and I see the girl talking about me to another girl and that girl says “yeah you told me about that” as there laughing and talking I can hear them through the window, the forgot my drinks and had the third girl hand them out to me awkwardly. While pushing each other laughing. I have times of the incident. I feel this is so very disrespectful as I’ve worked for fast food for 11.5 years and have not treated any of my guests this way. Bland. Let me tell you how bland these onion rings are since I came across this place on a trip. There are 387.44 million grains of salt that could have possibly been used. If the word 'bland' was engraved on each crumb of those hundreds of millions of crumbs of the rimgs it would not equal one one-billionth of the blandness these onion rings have at this day. For these rings. Bland. Bland. (Service was great though, don't the monolog make you think it sucked tho it was great but OMG MORE SALT PLS I MUST DRY UP LIKE A RASIN) (amazing food for when you're on a 10+ hour road trip and you and your family are starved out of your minds would reccomend to my friends 👍)

Ha occasion to dine here with family and friends, not my usual choice, but I went along for the ride. not a big fan of a "runza" so I and my Dad chose the cheeseburger special. it is OK, prety much same as anywhere ata "fast food" stop. This store is extremely helpful, bring out the order [ for a handicapper, its helpful] and it is also very clean and tidy.

First time at Runza. They have good food, it's just perfectly yummy. Everything is just right. Decent price. Good hanging out with friends!
