Runza Restaurant

Best fast food chain ever! (I am biased) I absolutely adore their classic grilled chicken! Whenever I’m having a bad day I drive down to get a soda. Their customer service is top tier one time an employee payed for my cookie for me. Their management is amazing and shout out Ryan for being such a good team leader!

Has the Runza in Ashland changed ownership or management in the past few months? For the past few weeks whenever we have stopped to grab a couple bowls of chili they have been out of crackers. Last Friday we stopped for chili around 5:30 - 6:00 and they were out of chili. The French fries are over cooked and crunchy. And yes, we have called and complained to the management.

Only gave 3 for atmosphere because it’s new lol. Fries are always over cooked and seems as they got super young kids working for them. Steak house next door would be my best bet

So we've all noticed that the best you're going to get from a fast food restaurant is during the first few weeks. The employees are excited, working hard and enjoying their jobs. The owner is involved and concerned. After that everyone looks for shortcuts and the quality often drops. I decided to run an experiment at this Runza in Ashland. I came in once a week, ordering the exact same thing each time. #2 with onion rings and a dip. the first several weeks this Runza was awesome. A few weeks ago I came in about 1/2 hour before the dining room closed. One young lady was mopping the floor and another was sitting at a table. The one mopping made a face at me which I'm sure she didn't think I saw and the other girl laughed loudly. That night the food was okay. After that experience

I went through the drive thru order a meal and she didn't know if I got a pop with my meal . Need people that know what going on can't depend on kids. Gretna here i come.
