Once again GREAT service!!! When in for a quick transfer of ownership and was not let down. Brook was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her positive attitude complemented the room that was filled with smiles and friendly service! ~ The entire process was very quick and painless. We have been customers since 1994 and always come back to the TEAM at Red lion!!! Keep up the great work!!!

On Wed., 2/25, while standing in line awaiting my turn for notary service, I observed 2 Runkles employees -Chiffon and Jennifer, display professional patience and kindness to an elderly couple who had recently lost a wallet containing the husband's driver's license. Despite this couples poor hearing and misunderstanding of the system, the 2 Runkles employees were able to assure the fearful couple that they were going to be okay and assisted them in how to move forward with the reissuing process. In fact, they even took the time to show them how to apply for a senior discount on renewing their licenses, without the couple even acquiring about the privilege. At a time when customer service seems to be taking a sharp decline, it was VERY refreshing to see the opposite!

Amazing! Changed my out of state plates to Pa ones. Super easy and quick. Shout out Meg. Love her! She deserves a raise

We had to go to Runkle’s twice to facilitate a gift of an old car to a relative and then the transfer of our vanity plate to our new car. Chiffon helped us both times and was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to her, what could have been tedious was not.

Stood in line at 2pm 12/10/2025..the two women at counter both looked at me and never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Instead got out of there seats and started having a normal conversation with each other. There was no other customers on person or phone..after 10 mins of being completely ignored while they chatted.. I just walked out...not even a simple be right with you or nothing completely unprofessional
