Rudy's Lakeside Drive-In

Food was OK, not great. The view is great, but as mentioned in other posts the tables were mostly dirty. Seemed a little overpriced, but then again a tourist are so what do you expect

Gorgeous views of Lake Ontario and very friendly staff. The food was good, not great. It was slightly better than fast food quality without fast food prices. The calamari was pretty good, as was the fried shrimp. The fish sandwich was soggy and mostly tasteless. The stuffed tator tots had a weird taste I did not enjoy. While it was a fun experience overall, I would not go back for the food.

This Sea Food Restaurant serves it up Fresh. I had Salmon Burger Sand which with Sweet Potato Fries and a side of fried Clams and it was awesome. Took my time enjoying the scenery and shot some pictures

Love this place. We’re in NC & have family in Syracuse. Rudy’s is a “destination” for us every time we visit NY. The food and service is great. The Blue Plate scallops and haddock is my favorite. Their seafood is perfectly cooked, nicely breaded and never greasy. We love the outdoor dining and rocky beach. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach, wade in the lake, and throw rocks in the water. It’s just a nice evening out for the family. You just have to watch for the seagulls. They are thieves. Haha. They will steal your food if they get the chance…and we laugh about that and love them. The little ice cream shop next door is also a family favorite. Delicious ice cream with dozens of flavors and frozen delights. We enjoy our seafood dinner and then walk over for some ice cream dessert

What a lovely view right by the lake. Lots of food choices. Love the mac salad and mac and cheese. Haddock is delicious.
