Ruby's Cajun

Super sweet owners. ordered the seafood boil with mussels, shrimp head off and snow crab legs. Seasoned well, cooked perfectly, ordered it hot but it wasn't too spicy, so will definitely go hotter next time. Also tried the lobster bisque - needed a bit of seasoning but overall good. Would recommend trying g this place out. They have a few table to eat in and is very clean.

I got the 1/2 pound shrimp boil for $13. I choose the Ruby blend sauce which is apparently a blend of all the other sauces. It came with several shrimp, 1 entire potato, a 1 small corn on the cob. I also added ramen for $5. At 1st, I wasn't impressed. Then I realized the food improves when you mix it well and let it sit. The longer you let it sit, the better. It was delicious after the flavor soaked into the food. I waited for about 30 minutes. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the ramen. They should give you more ramen for $5. It was less than you get in a bag of store ramen but costs more.

First time trying out Ruby’s Cajun and honestly was really good. I got fried calamari and a seafood boil. Both came out good and it was delicious. Would 100% recommend going to try it out.

Absolutely Great customer service. Enjoyable atmosphere and clean. Staff made my order in a timely manner and even gave me suggestions. Will definitely be back for more hot and flavorful seafood.

Got the c3, 1lb dungeness crab with crayfish and new zealand mussles. It was VERY GOOD. High quality and lots of food. The mussles were very large. Much bigger than normal mussles. The picture is half of what was left. I couldn't finish it in the restaurant. The ruby sauce was good, drink lots of water, it can be too intense.
