Ruby Tuesday

We had such a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday! Breanna was an absolutely amazing waitress — friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our visit special, and her great attitude made the whole meal even better. The food was delicious as always, and the service was top-notch. We love Ruby Tuesday and will definitely be coming back soon!

I used to love this place it was one of my all time favorites. But I have to tell you after not having Ruby Tuesdays this was a big let down. The burgers were very small and the tots overcooked the salad bar was definitely sub par. My long island ice tea was lacking as well. But I will say my waitress was amazing very personable and attentive. Notice my drink versus the photo on the menu. And the ranch dressing on the salad bar was blah. The bar did look well stocked.

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. Ordered online. Didn’t receive a side of fries that was supposed to come with our ribs. Didn’t have the $1.50 side of bbq sauce that I ordered so we just didn’t get anything and was not refunded for that at all. Ordered a separate side of loaded cheese fries that was missing the scallions and Queso and was maybe 10 fries glued together with cheddar cheese for 6$ And it was cold. Didn’t get ranch with our soggy $12 fried pickles so my wife went back in the store and was given a side of bleu cheese, they wouldn’t give her the side of fries that was missing. Got home and the shrimp for the shrimp scampi was still raw. The pasta had no flavor. Ribs were gray and actually tasted rancid. We ended up just throwing the food away and we’re told that we can’t

We stopped in to place a to go order (2 entrees and mozz sticks) - it took an hour for our food to be ready! There were only about 3-4 tables in the restaurant at the time. The mozzarella sticks were ready about 30 minutes before the other food = cold. Other food was fine. Worst part, no staff acknowledged how long we had been waiting, we will not be returning.

We are from out of state and we’re thrilled to see a Ruby Tuesday in Lewisburg, WVa. Ours in NH closed several years ago. We were not disappointed… the salad bar was excellent as usual. The coconut shrimp and deconstructed shish kebab was delicious. Montana was delightful, informative and attentive. Thank you for giving us a wonderful dining experience!
