A Total Turnaround! 10/10 Experience After a disappointing visit in 2023, my husband and I hadn't been back—but I’m so glad we gave the new management and staff a chance tonight. Everything was a total 10/10! We fasted all day to save room, and it was worth every second. We started with the sliders, which tasted like a gourmet version of White Castle (but way better). For the mains, the Kobe beef tips with rice pilaf were an explosion of flavor, and the Bourbon Salmon was cooked to perfection. We finished the night with the Tres Leches Cheesecake caramel sundae. The service was impeccable by our waiter Justin, the food was "chef’s kiss," and our date night was pure delight. Ruby Tuesday is officially back on our list!😁😋

Went for dinner. Waitress was very friendly and nice, but unfortunately that was the only good thing about the experience. Food took a long time to come out, even though there was only a handful of other people in the restaurant, and the portion sizes were tiny compared to the prices they were charging. We were told “corporate” reduced the sizes. Not worth the price. Taste was just ok.

I had a really great experience from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the food. Tara, Becca and Jocie were all super sweet and helpful. The food was great! I ordered a burger and a dessert and everything came out timely and was delicious. I will gladly visit again.

They weren’t busy, but it took awhile for the waiter to come to us. Two rib-eye steaks were ordered, one medium and one rare w/o seasoning; steaks came out and the rare one was medium and the medium was well done. I had asked for Blue Cheese for my boneless wings didn’t come out till we were finished, however I told the waiter not to worry about. The waiter was very nice and polite the entire time.

Came to Ruby Tuesday last night to eat and had a wonderful experience. Jocelyn was the manager on and was very attentive to the guests! Our server was Rebeccah and she was super kind. It was our first time there and she helped us navigate the menu and gave great recommendations! Food was also great! We will definitely be back soon!
