Ruby Tuesday

I had such a wonderful experience here! Our waitress named was Keisha, she was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, had a great attitude. She made sure everything went smooth & was such a sweet person! Everything was a 10/10!

Wait staff was overwhelmed with a large table when we arrived and had to wait for a bit. We ordered hush puppies and were disappointed. For 8.99 they were nowhere near worth it, not tasty or moist. The salad bar is always a good option. The salmon was enjoyed by two in my party. Basic chicken fingers, nothing special at all. The sautéed zucchini was tasty. Ribs had a good flavor.

I always order from them, they usually leave out my extra sauces that I order and pay for. Lots of times they leave out my drink. So many times the order will come without the honey mustard, without the extra sour cream and butter, and without the drink. Other than that, the food is good. If I ever have to call they are really nice on the phone! My favorites are the ribs and chicken tenders.

So disappointed with everything. Only 5 tables had patrons, and still waited 5 minutes just to be seated. No host around. Finally got seated, ordered and after the food came out waited never stopped again to check on everything. We needed refills on our drinks and a couple other things. But the best part was, we were served and had to eat with plastic utensils. That I still don't understand. 3 tables had plastic and two had silverware. We were charged incorrectly on our bill and the portions were rather small compared to their menu advertisement. The lighting was so dim that I saw 2 other tables use their phones for lighting to read the menu. First and last time with this restaurant in 20 years. Now I remember why we stopped going there.

Olivia was amazing!!! She is the best server at this restaurant!! Please give her a raise!! Also, Lucinda was the best manager. She came around to the tables and ask each customer about their experience with a smile! Thanks so much for making our dinner awesome!
