Ruben’s Cuban Sandwiches

I’m changing my review because he never shows up anymore he said he would be here Thursday and Fridays by 11 AM. I really like his food, but if he’s never here that does me no good. At this point, I don’t even understand why this is on Google maps. He hasn’t been here in so long his flags have all blown over and they’re laying on the ground.

Randomly found this on the weekend and had to wait 2 days for it open but blman was it worth the wait. Haven't had a cuban since I left chicago, so I was excited and did not disappoint. First, it's authentic. 2nd, it's HUGE, couldn't eat the whole thing at once. It's nothing fancy doesnt come with fries, but I suggest ordering some. The seasoning on it is different, reminded me of Buttergarlic fries we have in chicago. I also got the steak sandwich. I really liked it too, although the family had a complaint it was a little too thick for a sandwich. I didnt mind it though. Super fresh. Super great owner. I will 100% be back.

Kept passing this food truck on my way to work—finally stopped today and instantly regretted not doing it sooner! The truck is super clean and well-kept, and the customer service was absolutely A+! The food is authentic and bursting with flavor and freshly made. I had the burger (can’t remember the name in Cuban), and also sampled the steak sandwich—both were incredible! Highly recommend giving them a try!

First time trying I was hungry didn’t even get to finish my food it made me full. His prices are very friendly if your hungry and close with a budget come here.

I ordered a steak sandwich and it indeed was great, I just wish the sandwich came with fries. Other than that, it was a great portion, very filling and good interaction 👍🏾.
