Royal Palm Beach Library

Great library part of the Palm Beach County library system. Librarians & security were friendly & helping. They have computer, Books, DVDs, Blu-ray of old and new movies.

What a wonderful time to spend most of day here. Peaceful and very quietly environment, relaxed my mind and learned what I want to, very nice to see a little cute squirrel enjoying itself, love it anyway! 12/18/24

This is a great little library! There is a large area to bring children complete with a sitting area with puzzles and activities, a computer area, and different types of books and even dvds. I enjoy bringing my daughter here and she enjoys it too. There is a self-check out area and books auto renew if you don't bring them back in-time which is a friendly feature.

I love walking into a library not really knowing what kind of books I will check out! Love the selcetion of books and I love the sitting area and computer area as well. I would say why I gav le only four stars but that's neither here nor there. Bottom line, I love books!

The library itself is okay, however the staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and need to work on customer service. The lady at the information desk was no where to be found when needed and had children swarming the desk. Not to mention how rude the security lady was who constantly chatted with the woman at the information desk. She lied about operating hours and I felt as though she was targeting me since she didn’t talk to the other people in the library, just me. Both women need to either find a job they actually enjoy or need to work on customer service skills. Very disappointing.
