Notice how all of the recent reviews from students are terrible? Thats because Rowan University in itself is garbage. The parking is atrocious. The parking office knows how the student body feels and has not done anything to fix it for YEARS. The school continuously funnels money into new projects instead of addressing its glaring issues. Not to mention the state of multiple buildings (elevators may become stuck or remain unfinished) and reek. Also, the inability to use the library. Most staff will lie to your face and redirect to avoid any accountability. You can get a mediocre education here at best. It has downgraded a lot. I think people that tend to like the university have settled for less. Students of color are treated differently. There are barely any parking spaces, it's been like that when I first came here in 2021. I am looking forward to transferring, I find some of the professors or most even to be ignorant. I think there is an illusion that people are happy here. When you are going through something or do not have the support, they lack understanding or empathy. They failed to remove a student in a timely manner who threatened to harm other students. The food options offered is nasty, not all but most in my opinion. My Alma Mater and maybgreat classes with professors in 2015-19. The university is great with Alumni relations.

Rowan is amazing. My daughter is in her third year there. Her first two years she lived on campus. Her freshman year was rough ONLY because she had to live in Holly Pointe and the kids were constantly disruptive and pulling fire alarms. The University did not discipline enough in my opinion. Her next year in the Townhouses was AMAZING!!!! As for the college, I love it and my daughter loves it. There is so much there for them both academically and non-academically. My quiet shy daughter is doing something new every day on campus. There are themed nights and lots of clubs. Everyone has been so kind and inclusive. It is also very safe. I'm reviewing as a student. There is no library and bot enough spaces or areas for student study, especially quiet. You walk all over just looking for a place to study or a printer. Fees are the same without library as with.
