Rouxster

Rouxster is the best restaurant in Fairhope. They are open daily from 10-3. I recommended for grab-and-go but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. My favorite things are the Greek salad and seafood gumbo. The chef specials are always good!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are so super kind. The food is out of this World delicious, if you’re going to have an event, I highly recommend this place and the chef and owner is so kind and contacts you personally to thank you. Every bit of the food is absolutely delicious but the macaroni and cheese stands out, thank y’all for y’all‘s amazing service!!!!

We were looking for authentic creole cuisine and Rouxster definitely delivered! Everything tasted super fresh and homemade. Just like eating in mama's kitchen! SO GOOD!

In New Orleans, a poboy restaurant is often judged by the taste of its roast beef poboy. I've had my fair share of roast beef poboys, and this is the most delicious one yet! The bread is a tad different, but the roast beef was so delicious it didn't matter. Tasted just like my mom's roast beef. But, this poboy was actually purchased from Rouxster's in Fairhope, AL!! Chad, a fellow Louisianian, is the chef. Their menu includes many popular New Orleans food items. I highly recommend you give them a try. They are located in the strip of shops across the street from Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Rouxter Catering did a fantastic job catering our board meeting! From seamless communication with Chad to the beautifully presented and delicious food, everything was top-notch. We received numerous compliments from our board members, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
