Brad at Roux Krewe is the best Chef for Louisiana comfort food.You will fall in love with his flavors. We love the hospitality you gave us by giving us cold water on a hot day. This is the first time I tried Shrimp and Corn chowder,and it was a hit. The Gumbo and rice...wow! I have to come again with my husband to try the Jambalaya! Stay blessed my friend. As I'm walking away, after having just enjoyed the jambalaya: I could not leave this review fast enough. Get here NOW and enjoy some of the most authentic Cajun in south Florida. The owner is a Louisiana native and it ABSOLUTELY shows in the flavor! 10/10 I'll be back. 1000000/1000000 I recommend Roux Krew! I'd post a picture, but I ate my food too fast.

During my first visit to the Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood, I stumbled upon Roux Krewe, a Louisiana Cajun & Creole kitchen owned by Brad. What initially drew me in was the sight of customers visibly enjoying their crawfish. After completing my rounds, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did.I opted for the peel and eat shrimp, and after a sample of Brad's gumbo, I couldn't resist purchasing two 32 oz containers of the "Big Easy" Creole Gumbo. It was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. Back at home, we indulged in the "VooDoo" Peel & Eat Shrimp, cooked and seasoned to perfection, reminiscent of flavors straight from Louisiana. If you’re at Yellow Green Farmers Market, do yourself a favor and find Brad’s booth — it’s straight out of New Orleans! I’ve been missing NOLA like crazy, and his food brings me right back. The flavors, the spices, the soul — it’s all there. The shrimp and crawfish étouffée is my absolute favorite — rich, buttery, and packed with that authentic Cajun flavor you just can’t fake. I come here every single weekend because once you try Brad’s cooking, you can’t go without your fix. He’s the real deal, and you can feel the love he puts into every dish. Easily the best food in the whole market. He’s even got my 9 year old daughter hooked on Craw Fish!!!

I lived in Texas for 25 years, discovering and learning how to cook Cajun Creole cuisine both there and many trips to both NOLA and Batin Rouge. This is the most authentic Gumbo I've tasted since my 5 return to home in S FL. Brad is such sincere personable man you simply would never leave wo buying his passionate offerings despite being full!
