Rotolo's Pizzeria

We just had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. We love rotolos and have for years, but tonight, we won’t be going back. The “service” was Terrible. It was a bunch of teenagers that kept disappearing. The food took forever. Appetizers came two minutes before food. We waited forever for silverware. The girl putting our food down couldn’t tell us what it was or whether it was our order. The waitress kept disappearing or would say she was going to get something and then would go to two or three other tables. It was really sad. I would have loved to tell a manager, but there was no adult to be found.

I went when in opened for the day so didn't get the full atmosphere, but seems like a good time. Pizza was delicious.

I used to absolutely love this place. Pizza was amazing and thick. Filled with toppings and I have always ordered the same thing just in different sizes and sometimes I would get wheat crust. It’s been years since I moved out of town so when I found myself in the area and happened to have a 30.00 gift card, I couldn’t resist! That gift card got me 1 bbq chicken pizza and it smelled AMAZING! When I got back and finally opened the box that had me and my dog drooling the whole ride back, WHAT?!! Almost 30 bucks without sides, without a beverage!?? As thin as a cardboard box. Reheated slightly in the microwave and it’s so much tougher than one. Great experience! Always have had great service when we've come, but special shout out to our server today, Cindy, for being extra awesome!! And the food was exceptional! We got the special louisiana menu, the gumbo pizza, crawfish bread, and peach dessert pizza. All of it was delicious, but the gumbo pizza and peach dessert was INCREDIBLE!!! the peach dessert especially should definitely be added to the regular menu!
