Rotolo's Craft & Crust

We went in on a Friday night and ordered a few pizza’s, one of them was a deep dish, the food was good and the service was also fine aside the long wait times, we couldn’t finish almost any of the deep dish so we took it home. after starting to eat the pizza we took home, my wife almost choked on a rubber hair tie, it was the most disgusting and disappointing experience, then when we called in to notify we got hanged up on by the “Manager”. Safe to say we are never coming back…

This was my first time eating here. The restaurant was very clean and service was top notch! Now on to the food……. We had the original cheese sticks for an appetizer with marinara sauce. Extremely cheesy and flavorful. We also ordered the deluxe combination pizza as the entree and honestly it was one of the best pizzas I have had. Sauce was rich and smooth the toppings were fresh and tasty and the crust was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back!

Stopped in for pizza and pasta after a long day of travels. Waited awhile to be acknowledged and seated, once we ordered all of our entrees arrived at different times. Pizza crust was crispy and good on the outside but soggy in middle. Arrived lukewarm. It seems like a great place, but we just had an odd experience. Possibly understaffed the night we visited.

First time here. Got the Pizza of the Month. Since it’s the 13th day of the month I picked The Van Helsing pizza, I feel very safe about my choice. It was really good too. Great service by Dalton

Kinsley (My Server) was the star of the show! Her smile and laughter is able to brighten the darkest room. Every aspect of her seemed genuine. From Detroit & had the Detroit style, sorry guys I give it a B+…close however 😜
