Unfortunately, my experience was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of food quality. Firstly, the entire food was extremely soggy and poorly prepared. It appeared as though the food had been packed long before delivery and left sitting, which completely ruined its texture and taste. Not a single item was enjoyable. The food lacked freshness, flavor, and proper cooking standards. Secondly, the food arrived stone cold. A tiffin meal is expected to be delivered hot and ready to eat, especially when customers are paying for quality and convenience.
