Rossford Public Library

So, I called the Rossford Library on November twenty-first, because I had no printer available, and I have lousy handwriting, and I wanted to print a very short thank-you letter to leave for someone before the holiday; and, since I hadn't been to the library since Ohio closed down due to pandemic back in mid-March 2020, I wanted to get a sense of the current ground rules. Yes, said the woman I spoke with, wearing a mask is strongly encouraged, and the prints cost this much and the library closed at this certain time. I made sure I arrived about an hour before closing time. The woman I spoke with didn't mention the party. The party where everybody was crowded up front in a noisy rabble. The staff is very friendly and helpful on every visit. The library has great resources of books on hand, new fiction, and new nonfiction. Also, it is easy to order books from other libraries through the Rossford Library.

I found this Rossford Public Library card pamphlet in a book I thrifted that probably hasn’t seen the light of day in a handful of decades. It made it all the way to Florida! I’ve never been here but I thought it was special and I should share!

Staff is very friendly. My kids love coming here. Great variety of books and materials to borrow.
