Wow! Why would I go anywhere else!?!?! The place is decorated so cute. Nice atmosphere and clean. We could tell everything was homemade from scratch. The level of flavors in all the dishes we ordered were above and beyond anything else we’ve tried in the entire Buffalo area. Even the chicken samosas were the best I’ve had. The staff and owners are so endearing and proud of their food and for good reason!! I can not wait to go back and try more dishes.

We had the most amazing meals here at Rosie’s! By far the best Indian food we have had. Every single dish we got had authentic flavor and was perfectly cooked. You can truly taste the care and passion that goes into their food! The service was exceptional too, our server, Vajinder, was so kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The portions were very generous, the presentation was beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know. We had such a wonderful experience at Rosie’s Everest Kitchen. We ordered the biryani, the kadai chicken, garlic naan, and all were outstanding. The flavors were deeply layered, clearly crafted with so much care, time, and love. Every bite was truly satisfying and comforting. What made the experience even more special was the service. The owner, Subash, and his wife Jessica were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Subash shared stories about his journey and history as a chef, which gave the meal a genuine, family feel.
