Rosewood Bed & Breakfast

This is a fantastic B&B! It was a joy to stay with Karen in an immaculately restored and appointed Victorian home. Every room is beautiful and the front porch is absolutely wonderful. We stayed while cycling the Erie Canal Trail because Holley was an appropriate distance from our starting location that day and we couldn't have had a more pleasant and restful stay. We didn't get out to the rear garden but it is beautiful. The breakfast was actually too much food but delicious.

This is in my home town of Holley, NY. I stayed at this beautiful B &.B for a high school reunion. Absolutely gorgeous rooms! Most of them had their own bathroom. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. The fruit bites were and are my favorite. I still make them at home a lot. Highly recommend this beautiful, friendly environment.

Hospitality was off the charts. Very accommodating and friendly owners. Having a private bath was an extra bonus. Food was delicious, coffee was hot, room was immaculate and so so so comfortable. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I to have a night away from the kids.

Form the moment you meet the owner Karen you know your stay is going to be a comfortable one. What a gem of a home and a feeling of antique style. It is like visiting a museum and then having an opportunity to live there. The rooms are restful and beautiful each having a unique flair. We are so happy to have stayed and will return again.

Great chicken tenders. Called ahead and picked up. They were ready when I arrived!
