We went for Valentine’s Day and they had a set tasting menu for the occasion. The food was amazing and the service could have been better. Our reservation was at 9:45 we did not get seated until 10pm, they don’t have a seating area so you’re just standing by the door. The space is so tight and very uncomfortable because people are coming in and out and there’s not enough to move around lol… when we finally got seated they server was very tentative and we got our first course on time along with our wine…. After that everything went down hill. The third course did not come until 11:45pm… at this point we were pretty much over it and just exhausted. The food was great but the timing was just very off for this upscale restaurant. The server was very apologizing and we got the bottle of wine fo

I’m surprised I’ve been here and not left a review before because my experiences have always been DIVINE. This place is worth the drive every time from Virginia. I highly recommend a reservation and keeping an eye on their system for the time you’d like. It’s easy to book through Resy! Now the experience. We had Daniel this time and he was as lovely as our other team members we’ve had in the past. He was whimsical and made great recommendations. We’ve had the fixed menu before and came on a Tuesday they offered à la carte because we specifically wanted the options we loved in the past. We started with a Lychee Lemon Fizz which is non alcoholic but refreshing and went well with dinner! There was also a margarita which was spicy just how I enjoy. We had their truffled Madeline bread servi

We dined with Bonnie as our server tonight and my wife and I had our best dinner experience ever. With three kids, this was our Christmas gift to each other and Bonnie and the staff at Rose’s Luxury made it a magical night! The food and cocktails were the best we ever had. This is not an upscale snobby Michelin Star restaurant- it is very much a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is very down to earth. Thanks so much for making this a memorable night- can’t wait to come back!

I’ve never left a review before, but after the kindness and hospitality I experienced, paired with a menu full of flavor and personality, I knew I had to! I was in town on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday — I’ve never had a fine dining experience before, but I decided to treat myself because this year a started my first career job outside of college. I was a little nervous to be in such an unfamiliar environment, but that quickly slipped away when I was greeted enthusiastically and warmly. A HUGE shoutout to my server Daniel who made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. He gave wonderful recommendations (and so did Sam — my wine was superb) and gave great details about each dish. I also just had a lovely time chatting with him! With each dish, new flavors sparked my tastebud

We loved our experience at Rose’s Luxury, truly one of the best meals we’ve had in DC. Lindsay was our server and we can’t speak highly enough of her, her service was wonderful. Everything we had was great, especially: Pork & Lychee salad, baked cauliflower (off menu item), pasta in paper, fried pork, and the mole dessert. We also had the jalapeño margarita (pictured) and the That’s My Jam cocktails, both were fantastic.
