Customer Reviews
Very nice and well organized swimming center. Price for summer swim lessons is unbeatable, and the teachers are beyond my expectations. There is no hot water in the shower or I didn’t use it correctly.
Most of the staff at this pool are friendly and professional, and we’ve generally had a good experience—until today. My 10-year-old son is on the swim team. After team practice, he has a 30-minute dryland session, followed immediately by private swim training. For the past several weeks, he’s been allowed to re-enter the pool area without waiting in the general line, which makes sense due to the tight timing. We were not warned that it was against the policy before. But today, a staff member named Sara (who did not give her last name) suddenly yelled at him as he walked in, insisting that he go back outside and wait in the long public line. Subject: Concerns About Inconsistent Rule Enforcement at Rosemead Aquatic Center Dear Rosemead Aquatic Center Management, On the afternoon of July 20, 2025, I visited your facility with my family, including my 5-year-old and 7-month-old son, and 8-month-old daughter, hoping for a pleasant and relaxing Sunday outing. Upon checking in, the young staff members—appearing to be high school or college students—informed us that baby strollers were not allowed. We complied with what we believed was a facility rule. I went back to the parking lot to reposition a baby stroller, came back, and held my daughter while watching my wife and son enjoy the pool with his best friend. However, I was deeply disappointed to observe two non-Asian families using strollers inside the facility without any appar
The Rosemead Aquatic Center is a decent place for swimming and family time. The facilities are generally clean, and the staff is friendly. However, it can get very crowded during peak hours, and the parking situation isn’t the best. Also, some of the rules feel a bit too strict, which takes away from the fun sometimes. It’s good for the community, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The pool is decent overall — it’s clean and usually not too crowded. However, the water temperature can be inconsistent, and the bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning. It’s a nice place for a quick swim, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
