Rosehaven Inn

Absolutely a travelers gem. Hosts Kelly and Sean are amongst the finest hosts we have ever encountered. From the moment you pull up the drive to the moment you begrudgingly leave, you are surrounded in beautiful warmth. Kelly’s scones and breakfasts are phenomenal. The house sings of the attention to detail that went into its design and the painstaking care it has received. Close to Hunter Mountain but definitely a four season location with many hiking trails and falls nearby!

We’ve stayed in many B&B’s and the Rosehaven Inn might be the best of all. The building is truly a work of art and the wraparound porch with comfortable seating is exceptional. The breakfasts were amazing with eggs, baked goods , fruit and waffles/pancakes. The hosts were friendly, available to help without being intrusive. The Inn is on a quiet road but close to the state park and Kaaterskill Falls. Many places get 5 stars but the Rosehaven really deserves them.

Absolutely beautiful experience here, and not just because it was after some days of Catskills camping :) The house itself and location are gorgeous, nestled just far enough back in the trees with a view of the mountains, while also close enough to cute downtowns and great hiking spots! It’s honestly like being welcomed home. Very warm and inviting hosts, and the atmosphere to match. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the setup of the space downstairs with the bar, little library, games and sitting room allows for relaxing and enjoying. Don’t even get me started on the porch! The breakfast layout was delicious (literally the best coffee cake either of us have ever had), and Kelly was beyond accommodating. Our daughters and family blessed us with a weekend gift for rhemis Amazing, Magnificent, Beautiful Treasure in the Catskill Mountains of NYS. Kelly and Shaun are sweet, kind and personable. Kelly prepares a delicious breakfast. My husband and I were refreshed and felt closer to the beauty God displayed in every detail. We are excited to return again.

Rosehaven Inn is a very beautiful, comfortable, and clean Inn. The breakfast each morning was amazing. We enjoyed the views of the surrounding mountainside which was in peak fall leaf changing. We highly recommend Rosehaven Inn for a Catskills adventure! Nearby to lots of hiking and cute towns.
