Exceptional Customer Service Saved My Weekend! I was on my way to my lake cabin—an hour away from Roseau ACE Hardware—when I realized I needed a specific item I'd forgotten earlier. I arrived a couple of minutes after closing time, but there were still people inside. The on-duty attendant kindly opened the door and gave me the 30 seconds I needed to grab the item. He was surprised at how quickly I found it as he rang me up, and I left with exactly what I needed to save my weekend at the cabin. He certainly didn't have to help me, but he did, and it made all the difference. This was the exact opposite of an experience I had earlier in the week at another hardware store in a different town, where I arrived a couple of minutes after closing to exchange two propane cylinders and was turned awa

We were in the store on 6/8 looking for a item there were two young gentleman at the middle counter. We asked for the item and they got on the computer right away to if it was in stock. They took us to the area and when we couldn't find it they checked again. We found it . The service was more than excellent by these two. They are keepers!!!
