Rose Restaurant

This is now going to be one of my favorite restaurants in NJ. The best middle eastern/ Mediterranean food in the state. We had: Amazing Hummus (i have high standards for hummus lol). Amazing and flavor rich stew - never had anything like it and it was so perfect. Lovely balance of flavors and the meat was perfectly cooked. Also ordered shrimp and vegetables which were so perfectly cooked and tasty. The service was superb, warm and friendly. I cant wait to come back! Prices are also great, very reasonable. The atmosphere is very nice and elevated. Perfect for a night out or for a cozy lunch. A perfect place to get a tasty yet healthy meal.

The restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere with beautiful decor that sets the perfect mood for dining. The food portions are satisfying, and the quality is impressive. The kabobs stand out as particularly delicious, surpassing the stews in taste. However, the tahdig did not meet expectations.

Highly recommend this place. Incredible food, flawless hospitality, and an overall experience that truly stands out. Every detail was handled perfectly. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out.

On the second day of April, I went to this place just to have my first taste of Iranian cuisine. I had in mind to come here in honor of the National Day of Iran. I care about all countries as a Christian and as someone who loves God. This was one of my fondest memories for my first time visiting the town of Ridgewood. Assuredly, I loved my exquisite and healthy meal; I had the Ash Reshteh (a soup), the Saffron Basmati Rice, and the Doogh Abeali (a yogurt beverage).

The Rose Restaurant is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, and the atmosphere makes you feel instantly welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make every visit enjoyable and accommodating. Whether you’re here to experience authentic Persian cuisine or looking for a beautiful spot to host a private event, this place delivers on every level. The food is fresh, flavorful, and truly captures the essence of Persian kitchen dining. Highly recommended!
