Rosati's Pizza

I have had Rosati’s pizza in so many places and they all have been perfect, but the one in Morris… ewww. I ordered a Large thin sausage and mushroom and let me tell you, it was bland, cold and undercooked. When I ordered it for pick up, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. Terrible, just terrible. It was in a Saturday around 3:30-4pm and they weren’t busy.

Just placed simple order...mozzarella sticks, combo for my husband, and chopped salad for me. First, the guy answering the phone didn't know the chopped salad had grilled chicken and had to check w someone...even though the menu says it. Asked what dressing I wanted, and named them all...after I said the dressing it comes with, sweet Italian. I also asked for one extra sweet Italian. Husband picks up order, and there is 3 ranch, which I don't watch, and it does not go w this salad. Basically not eating since we have no other dressing available. Haven't ordered from here in a long time, and this will deter me from ordering again. It's probably a minor thing, but that I specified the dressing multiple times...and it was completely wrong...is enough for us not to bother picking up food from t

Nice pizzeria with no dining room. A decent Chicago pie.

This location wouldn't be my first, second, or third choice that's for sure. My Dad got the Beef he said it was okay he's had better but it did the job. He wanted onion rings instead of fries but they don't substitute we even offered to pay the upcharge, nothing worth arguing over. Morris Restaurant's aren't the same. Next.

My only mistake was not realizing it was pick only, but it worked out well for us to eat in our camper. The pizza was FANTASTIC, and exactly what I wanted. It was prepared quickly and the service was friendly. I would definitely order from here again!
