First off i want to know when a 15 dollar plate started looking like this, now when i went in to see if i coukd possibly get another plate and an exchange for the wrong order of another plate the employee wanted to help but the manager quickly took over, she was a taller hispanic lady with a bit of a mustache, anyways she started speaking to her coworker in spanish thinking i didnt understand an said im crazy that the plate was heavy; in my mind i stated whats heavy is the onions and beans lady, theres only a spit of fajitas on the should be called onions and fajita plate. I later was greeted by another one of her coworkers which was a was more helpful person as he helped me get my order out quicker being that i was now waiting 20 minutes for a new plate which was my mistake i shouldve jus

Do you know what it is like to get tacos in less than 5 minutes? When you go to Rosa’s Café and Tortilla Factory you will. The food was HOT, FRESH and DELICIOUS. We the family were on a road trip and came across this eatery in New Mexico and was it a treat to find. The service was super fast and everything was on point. The atmosphere was nice not noisy and not crowded. The establishment was clean the workers were very nice and fast to get your order ready and out to you, did I mention it was HOT!! My son (I do not know how this is even possible) does not like Hispanic food near as much as his mom and myself but he had to say “These are the BEST tacos I have ever had.” He does eat some Hispanic foods just not as much as me and his mom. Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory Reliable, fast, and always satisfying. Rosa’s is one of those places you can count on when you want Tex-Mex done right without the wait. The tortillas are fresh (you can taste it), the plates are generous, and everything comes out hot and consistent. Service is quick and friendly—even during busy times—and the atmosphere is lively without being chaotic. It’s great for dine-in, but also clutch for takeout when you want a real meal and not a mystery bag of food. Pro tip: the fresh tortillas and sopapillas alone are worth the stop. Bottom line: solid food, fair prices, and dependable quality. Rosa’s stays in the regular rotation for a reason. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cute little restaurant food was really good. Service was OK. They do offer a margarita but I don’t believe there’s actually any tequila in it. Prices are fair more of a fast food environment then sit down Mexican restaurant. Worth a visit for lunch.

The food is good but the cake is not worth what they charge at all it was gross and dry, I can make a way better cake then this it's like a 5 year old made it. I had to post this horrible made cake that wasn't worth what I paid for. It's missing frosting all the way around and because it a stacked cake it should have frosting or something in the middle. It taste dry we are definitely disappointed. Whoever made the cake today they are not the person for the job please take them off making the cake. This cake went in the trash.
