Rosalita's Roadside Cantina

I have spent years frequenting rosalitas. I am under the impression (correct me if im wrong) that in the past few months it has changed ownership. I do not leave low stars for any of my reviews unless it really necessitates it. I will review the food and service after mentioning this: I read through recent reviews and came accross several low star reviews including one woman who was bothered by a birthday she was celebrating with a cake she purchased outside of the restaurant (not sure of Rosie's offers birthday cake). I too am a proponent for supporting small businesses. What i love is that owners take the time to reply to guests/customers and I understand frustrations the owners endure dealing with reviews that could negatively impact their business... however, to publicly attempt to sh

We had a wonderful experience at this Mexican restaurant! While it’s not exclusively vegetarian, it’s such a great spot for vegetarians too. The corn and cheese empanadas were perfectly crisp and flavorful, the hot peppers stuffed with cheese had just the right amount of spice, and the vegetable fajitas were fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. The Mexican corn dip was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious — a definite highlight! The cocktails and mocktails were also beautifully made and refreshing, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. A fantastic place for flavorful Mexican food with plenty of great vegetarian options. Highly recommend! 🌮🌽✨

This place is great! Got in with a quick reservation off Google and was there an hour later. Sat right down and the place is super decorated and fun! Great atmosphere! The chips and salsa are SO good! I wish someone would teach me to make salsa like that! Got steak burritos, one covered in cheese. Super tasty and they came out before our drink order. That's the sign of a well oiled machine kitchen staff! We were surprised how quickly we went from start to finish and I ordered dessert! Weren't rushed. It just happened quickly! Got the e Apple empanada and that was also seriously good! Would definitely return!

Staff is very friendly , they accommodate us for party of 21 people . Service was very good. Food is delicious. Cocktails are buzzing. New menus is better . Overall great place to go with family 😇

We visited this place for the first time ..while we passed it everytime we thought we will visit. But yesterday we did it finally. It had a very nice ambiance. Servers were great explained us with ease about all options they had in vegetarian. We did try burrito bowl, enchiladas combo, nachos sheetvpan. Food was delicious, definitely should go.
