Rosalia Pizza Northeast

I had a fantastic time during my visit. The service was top-notch, and our meals arrived in no time. I have to emphasize that the pizza here is outstanding. The ingredients are both fresh and bursting with flavor. Each pizza option is thoughtfully designed. However, I do have a minor concern—at times, it seemed that some of the premium toppings were a bit lacking. For instance, the tuna on one of the pizzas was nearly absent, and the added bacon on another was similarly limited.

I came here on a Sunday night to order takeout, but there were a lot of open tables and I decided to eat in. The host was very nice and gave me a great table and the atmosphere was cozy on a winter night. I ordered the Insalata and Pepperoni pizza and a nice glass of wine. It was all excellent, but far too much food for just me (I was by myself). I took the leftovers home, but the salad did not save well (I threw it away) ~ so my recommendation would be... if you are alone and want salad and pizza, order it ~ but mainly eat the salad knowing you won't take it home, and some of the pizza knowing you will take it home (it reheated fine, but was best at the restaurant) or get one or the other. I would definitely come back, it was a notch above.

The ONLY reason I give Rosalia 4 stars is the lack of vegan options. They do have one pizza that is cheeseless and excellent, but they have the ingredients to offer additional vegan- specific menu items. The carrot tahini appetizer is exceptional. We loved the pizza crust, as well. Service is EXCEPTIONAL… and the patio is well-appointed and dog-friendly.

We had a fabulous first experience at Rosalia! We ate at the bar, enjoyed great company with the bartender & manager (before the place got packed), and delicious cocktails! The Caesar salad & pizzas were phenomenal - Margarita & Bianca - were perfectly wood-fired! We can't wait to return!

What a great pizza place! Very clean, attentive and friendly staff, great atmosphere. The pizza of course was great too!!
