Rosa Mexicano

This place never disappoints. Went for my wife’s birthday celebration and everything was wonderful. When you go, please make room for the margaritas, nuff said! My wife ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were the freshest I’ve ever eaten. I went for the chimichurri skirt steak and all I can say is whoa. The wife requested dinner here for every bday going forward and I agreed wholeheartedly. Excellent!!!

Wonderful Mexican food right near the Christmas tree at national harbor. Great service, attentive staff. Food is flavor full (although very salty). The guac is excellent, I recommend getting a double batch. If you can sit near the windows, the view is exceptional. And the drinks are good too Anticipate a wait during the busy times

The rating is based on the beautiful location right on the harbor. The drinks are great, I highly recommend the margaritas by the pitcher, great flavors. Service was ok, great staff just not overly attentive. The food was ehh so so. I had the cheese enchiladas and well….the chips and dips were great! Go for the drinks and view !!!

Great food and atmosphere, had the steak fajitas, large bowl of steak , enough for two people, also had the queso , very good cuts of steak , well cooked, service for refills etc was a little slow but it was busy , great atmosphere, hope to be back soon, thank you.

We came back again this year with our Army-Navy football group and had another fun and delicious meal! Rosa’s table-side guacamole is worth the splurge!! Very well done! And the margarita pitcher goes quickly! Our server, Laura, was delightful! Helpful with the menu and very friendly. I lowered the rating on food because my carnitas tacos were a bit dry and the seafood enchilada was lacking a bit in flavor. Probably depends on the night and the dish. Overall, a great meal and memorable way to kick off our weekend!
