Rooted: Eat More Plants

So happy my daughter and I stopped here. Loved all the plants on the walls and the menu was quite diverse with heaps of options and I was super pleased of the economical prices for what was offered! The staff were warm and very welcoming and answered my questions about the stellar menu. We don’t live in Medford, but Rooted will be our go-to spot to eat when we return. Thanks Rooted!

Overall I love this place!! Friendly staff, good music, and fantastic food. Today, unfortunately just wasn’t the day.. they were slightly busy, but not struggling to get orders out. I usually get a burrito, but today I ordered the Kimchi bowl to-go. It was DRENCHED in sauce, like so saucy that it could’ve been soup 😩 I was really hoping to save half of it for lunch tomorrow. The tofu was a little dry as well; maybes that’s why it was so saucy? I’ve ordered the same bowl once before for dine-in, and it was perfectly balanced with brown rice and sauces. This time, not..

I went on an afternoon with a friend and ordered the special which was an incredible nacho mix with mushrooms and cashew cheese. It was one of the best meals that I've had in a very long time. What really impressed me about this place is that it is all 100% vegan so you never have to worry about what you're ordering bc it's always going to be good. The service was incredible. Twice somebody stopped by our table to ask how we were doing and how we enjoyed the food and if we needed anything else. The atmosphere of the place was extremely pleasant with houseplants and decor spread out in a timeless manner. I highly recommend this restaurant whenever you're in the Medford area.

Rooted is a great little gem that needs to be known as a fantastic meal destination. All vegan and vegetarian options here we had the not yo mommas nachos and split it three ways and filled up all of us. It was the special for the day at $16.50 and worth every penny. I will make this a regular place for my family

Great quality and variety of plant based foods. Really glad to find a place that not only has healthy and delicious food - but the staff there are really excited about the quality and service. Will definitely be back.
