If you are looking for a quaint bougie place to eat right here in Clermont this is the place. Yes it might be $$$$ with this economy but honestly it was worth every penny. Best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had. Meatloaf should be just meatloaf right? Not here, the flavor was on point it was very tender and delicious. The Braised short rib custini is incredible. French onion soup delicious. The cod was light and flaky and the chicken piccata very light and flavorful. We will be back soon to try the Pork Wellington, please ask for Amber she goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a special one at root and branch.

Food and service were good. Open floor plan. Appetizer was the fried green tomatoes, fried with cheese and a hot pepper with a base honey drizzle. A must order. Entrees, meatloaf wrapped in prosciutto with mash and gravy and some type of broccoli and shivered onions. Was excellent. Suggest. Salmon was pretty good with some type of Korean BBQ with a slaw, mash with same type of broccolini. Dessert was next level bread pudding which was fried. It was good but very average, if it has some sauce or powdered sugar, might be very good! It was pricey but worth it, would absolutely return when in the area.

The food was truly a highlight, tasting both yummy and delicious thanks to their high-quality ingredients. We were delighted by the great service provided by our server, his friendly attention made the meal even more enjoyable. First time here, Great service by George . It was a nice relaxing evening. we sat outside and it was just perfect nice soft music. And the food was delicious. Specially the Brussel sprouts.

The fried green tomatoes were absolutely delicious, especially the chilis that made the whole dish pop. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My husband got the short rib ravioli. Great ambiance, wonderful service, and truly tasty food all around!
