This is easily one of the best skewer spots on Main Street. The DIY BBQ experience with metal skewers and charcoal grills is incredibly fun and interactive. You can cook everything to your exact preference, and the meat cooks quickly - perfect when you're hungry! Despite being a BBQ place, the restaurant smells clean throughout (not musty like some BBQ spots). The food quality is exceptional - we tried beef, lamb, chicken, beef tendon, and chicken gizzard skewers, all incredibly fresh with authentic seasonings (cumin, fresh ground chili peppers, Chinese BBQ seasoning).
